We collect personal information by proper means, and only as far as it is needed for admissions, daily childcare, running school events, health management and answering enquiries.

We use the personal information we collect only for the following purposes.
- Admissions, the children’s register, class allocation and other school administration
- Childcare and education, health management, and contact in an emergency
- Running the school buses, and providing school lunches, extended care, after-school classes and other services
- Administration of fees and other charges
- Contacting families about school events and through the school newsletter
- Answering enquiries about tours, admissions and careers
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned (the parent or guardian), except in the following cases.
- Where required by law
- Where it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property and consent is difficult to obtain
- Where we must cooperate with national or local government carrying out duties prescribed by law
- Where we submit information to public authorities as far as the running of the school requires, such as municipal filings
5. Photographs and video
We may photograph or film the children to record school activities and to share them in the school newsletter and on this website. Before publishing anything on the website or on social media, we check with families and respect their wishes. If you would prefer your child not to appear, please tell us at any time.
6. Keeping information secure
To prevent personal information from being leaked, lost or damaged, we keep documents locked away, restrict access to data, train our staff, and take other necessary and appropriate measures. Where we outsource work, we supervise the contractor as required.
7. Access, correction and suspension of use
