Careers
A front-row seat for every “I did it!”. Come and work with us at Atsugi Den-en Kindergarten.
Children growing freely, in body and heart.
We are looking for colleagues to build those days with us.
In the water, on the move, deep in play. So that every child can be themselves, we take each “I want to try” seriously. Whether you are newly qualified or have years behind you, start by coming to see the school.
What it is like to work here
A school with roots going back to 1965
Since we opened in 1965 we have watched the children of this community grow up. In 2013 we were certified as a kindergarten-type centre for early childhood education and care. Come and help build on what we have made.
A setting that lets you do the work well
An indoor heated pool, a wide playground with big climbing equipment, heated and air-conditioned classrooms and hall, and our own vegetable garden — everything you need to say yes to “I want to try”.
Somewhere you can stay
We aim for 100% use of paid leave. Lunches and parking are free, and there is single accommodation (women only) and a housing allowance — so you can build a long career here.
